- Please call 3-5 days before your desired appointment time.
- Weekend appointments are infrequent, require special arrangement ahead of time and an additional fee.

- 90 minutes - $70

- Missed appointment or cancelled without a 24 hours notice - $35
- Additional charge for weekend appointment - $50

- Sports - for all levels of active people. Aids recovery, increases flexibility & promotes awareness.
- Therapeutic - helps to relieve aches & pains from low back pain, migraines, injuries, etc. Please call to discuss your condition specifically.
- Relaxation - helps to reduce stress.
- Techniques: Both Swedish Massage and Sports massage.
- Pressure: Depends on the clients comfort & needs, deep as well as light pressure is possible.
